But we don’t over do it- we have regular rest days. And the best part is you actually learn, so it will always be with you.

You can’t out exercise a bad diet. If you are still working out like a maniac like we did back in the 80s & 90s, and not eating much food, well, honey, you’re still doing it wrong. 😑
