Fascia blasting is one of my daily/weekly routines, depending on my time. Whether it's working on knots/pain/spasms, etc, or blasting lightly on my face for blood flow and remodeling collagen matrix, or massaging muscles it between lifting sets, it is a big player in my toolbox and one of my "secrets".
The website has so much information in it....tutorials, studies, testimonials, explanations, it can be overwhelming. And a big rabbit hole. But oh so interesting. At least I think so!
If you do decide to buy something, please keep in mind that nothing that I recommend will work magically if you don't utilize it. Don't waste your money if you are not going to make a commitment. 2-3 times a week is about all it takes. But using any of the things I suggest do in fact work magically, if you do it- consistently.
